Huat Lai's Liquid Eggs are fully pasteurized and have the taste and nutritional value of fresh eggs. Unlike conventional eggs, you need not deal with messy cracking of eggs and disposal of egg shells. The use of Huat Lai's liquid eggs also reduce the risk of contamination by salmonella and other harmful bacteria. This means that you will save time as well as ensure the safety of your food products.

The state-of-the-art Huat Lai Liquid Eggs production facility, where production is according to HACCP procedures. Advanced breacking and separation system from Sanovo Denmark.
Available in the following quantities ; 1 litre, 5 litre, 10 litre and 20 litre packs. They are available in bulk up to 1 tonne.

Have a shelf life of 5 days in the standard pack and an extended shelf life of 21 days with the ultra-clean pack.
 
The Pasteurisation Process

Huat Lai has invested more than RM 12 million in advanced separation and pasteurising process that produces hygienic egg products. The pasteurization process is done in sterilized clean-room conditions.The eggs are supplied by our public listed Huat Lai Resources Berhad from their hi-tech automated production facility and poultry farm accredited with the ISO 9001 certification.

Our entire production process is designed to meet operational procedures based on HACCP guidelines, making Huat Lai Liquid Eggs and pasteurised egg products safe for consumption. Using the Sanovo pasteurisation system, eggs machine processed through out the system , eliminating bacteria that may be present on the eggs and in the yolk of the eggs. All processed egg products are conveyed to the pasteurisation chamber and undergo a super heating process that kills salmonella and other bacteria, before they are packed and shipped to customers.
